What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Only appointments to collect will be accepted. Once your order is ready for collection you will receive a appointment date and time, your time slot must be adhered to. No collections will be allowed unless you arrive within your allocated time slot.

We do not deliver.

How long will it take to receive my collection appointment?

Depending on the availability and size of your order, up to 3 business days.

Payment

What payment methods are accepted?

We only accept online payments. We do not accept cash on collection under any circumstances.

Online payment methods accepted:

  • Card
  • EFT (Orders will only be released once payment has cleared in our account)
  • Zapper
  • Instant Transfer

How do I place an order?

You can place an order by simply adding the desired items to your cart and checking out with your account that you will be asked to register.

How can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled by sending an email to sales@chalmarbeef.co.za with instructions to cancel or change your order.

Do I need an account to place an order?

We do require an account to be registered so that we can notify you of the collection appointment.

How can I return a product?
